Here is another build using EV3. This week we will the whole body with two motors and two light sensors attached, and should be able to start testing program.

Robot Design
The first robot was almost done! Yeah! Thank you guys for the great teamwork for getting our first robot assembled (except the front light sensors). Starting from next meeting, we will be able to start programming and developing strategies. Bruce's tank wheels look pretty cool. This design will win the last mission for sure. Please keep it.

FLL 2013 Kick-off
We had a successful kick-off meeting on Sunday, November 3rd. We are glad to see Bill to join our team as an assistant coach. Here is a quick re-cap:
We are going to attend the BC Qualifier tournament on January 4th in Vancouver. If we are qualified, we will win a slot in the next level tournament which is a Semi-Final, from the three Washington State Semi Finals. About 45-50 teams will move on ultimately to the Washington State FLL Championship. I guess all the semi-final and final will happen in Seattle, WA.
We have only 9 weeks to complete all three parts: Projects, Robert Design, and Robert Game. The schedule is a bit tight.
